Designed with locals in mind, this package caters to those located within 25 miles of the Chattanooga airport. It brings the superb services of The Wallace to the comfort of the surgery patient’s own home. Our goal is to ensure the clients comfort and safety the first 24 hours after surgery.

GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Completing and returning questionnaire five days prior to stay.
Bringing all daily medications in their original bottle/container.
Providing your own comfortable recovery clothing.
Deposit
A deposit equaling 50% of your total is required to secure your reservation date, of which, $250 is non-refundable.
Payment
Credit card payments can be made by completed the form in your reservations packet or checks can be mailed to our P.O. Box. Final payment must be received 10 business days prior to checkin. If paying by check please consider postage travel time.
cancellation &Reschedule
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded to the original method of payment LESS the $250 deposit, taxes, and processing fees.
No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
No refunds will be given for reservation no-shows.
If surgery has to be rescheduled by the doctor and is done so 10 business days prior to your surgery date, we will do our best to accommodate the change. If a suite at The Wallace is not available to host your new surgery date, a full refund, less the $250 deposit, will be honored upon notification from the doctor that the need to reschedule surgery was on their end.
